Fibaro modules inclusion and range issue
Hello,
I have 2 dimmer and 2 dual switch fibaro modules. All of them are very difficult to include. At least 10 tries before succeeding. I have tried everything (reset, disconect of the box, hard reset of modules...).
Removing and reseting are always works, but to succeed inclusion, I need to place the modules very close of the Zipabox antenna (less than 2cm).
Modules works, but if I place them at more than 5cm, they turn to Offline !
The zwave wireless system seems to be ok because I manage to use an everypring motion sensor at 10 meters perfectly.
I also have a roller shutter module FGR221 which I never been able to include, despite a lot of tries. Is this module Zipabox compatible ?
Many thanks in advance for your support.
Alain

Hi Milan,
Join process of Everspring is the same (need to be close of antenna for join).
But detector works far of the antenna.
Do I need to exchange the box ?

Hello all,
Can anybody tell my if I need to replace my box in case of it's works with Everspring motion detector end not with Fibaro modules.
But join of Everspring need to be close of antenna otherwise that doesn't work.
Kind regards
Alain

Thanks for your answer. I'll do that.
How many boxes are concerned by this issue ? If I'm not the only one, I would suggest you to do a permanent post in the known problem thread.
