Fibaro Universal Binary Sensor

I added a Fibaro Universal Binary Sensor - device and I am able to see and use the two binary inputs as sensor inputs, but I am not able to use (control) the two relay outputs. I can see in the devicetree three 'childs' named 'Group 2', 'Group 3' and 'Main endpoint', maybe they are the outputs (one to many), but I am not able to use them in the Rules Creator.
Is there anything that I have to do, to make a 'sensor' to an 'actuator'?

Is there any timeframe for when it could be possible to use the relay outputs on Fibaro Universal Binary Sensor, as general actuators - or will it be possible at all?
I am using the module to interface to my alarm system by using general I/O's on the alarm system, and I want to signal to the alarm system if the Zipato system detects any 'alarm conditions'. I have security guards to come to my house in case of alarms, therefore it is necessary to use my exsisting alarm system.
Does anyone know about other Z-Wave modules that has general low-power potential free relay outputs that can be used as actuators in Zipato rule creator?

Can i use FGBS-001 with 1 wire temperature sensor and 2 inputs on Zipabox all together ?

Temperature are not very accurate (+1.5C° more the real temp). can i set an offset on zipato ui ? I know that this option is not available on advanced parameters options so I will know if there is another way to adjust this values.
