Getting error "node is reachable and cannot be removed" when deleting Qubino Smart Meter

I tried to add a Qubino Smart Meter but it doesn't seem like it got included correctly. So I tried to remove it to add it again, but I got the error "node is reachable and cannot be removed". Does this mean I need to turn off the device to remove it?? That means turning the power off to my whole house!This seems to be a new restriction. Before you could remove devices without turning them off.

OK, I worked it out. I need to exclude the device first using its service button, and then remove it. Solved.
