Horstmann HRT4 goes always offline

I don't know why but a couple of hours after installation my device HRT4 goes always offline. It was not the case with previous firmwares.
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
It doesn't work and neither to move the wheel (even if the communication symbol on the screen of HRT4 says that the communication is satisfactorily).
The only way to fix the problem and just for few hours was to remove the device, to reset it by excluding from the network and restarting from the beginning the adding procedure.

In fact, my HRT4 is not displayed as a OFFLINE device anymore but it behave as such Indeed, there is no information exchange between the zipabox and my HRT4: move the wheel has no effect, temperature displayed on the screen different from SET_TEMPERATURE and TEMPERATURE_IN_ROOM variables (SET_TEMPERATURE which is also by the way different from the one set in the climat widget).
I would like to have guidelines to be sure that I am doing everything correctly and to understand why it is still not working as expected.
