Horstmann HRT4-ZW and Climate Widget not working

I've been using the Horstmann HRT4-ZW for over a year with no problems. However, recently the set point of the thermostat isn't being set correctly. The Zipabox isn't sending the set temperature of the programme to the thermostat but is instead setting the thermostat to 4 degrees (which is nowhere in the programme schedule).

I've tried deleting the thermostat and receiver and adding it again. I have also tried deleting the programme in the climate widget and replacing it with a new one. No matter what I do the Zipabox sets the temperature to 4 degrees.

If I unplug the Zipabox the thermostat remains at whatever temperature I set it to using the dial. However, after powering the Zipabox back on it sets the thermostat to 4 degrees no matter what day or time.

I have no idea what is causing this problem but I can't find any way of solving it.
