How can I generate an alarm when I put the alarm in the state 'AWAY"?

I have configured the alarm widget. I have added 3 zones. All three have motion detectors.
If I configure the zone of the type Perimeter The acoustic alarm is triggered when the alarm mode in the state 'ARMED HOME'.
If I put the alarm in the state 'ARMED HOME' the acoustic alarm is not triggered by the motion detectors. Even they show that there was a motion.
How Can I resolve this? Because in both states 'ARMED HOME' and 'ARMED AWAY' I want the acoustic alarm been triggered.

It is a Everspring SE812. But that is not the problem. The acoustic alarm is functioning in the state ARMED HOME. But the alarm is not triggered in the state ARMED AWAY.

The Alarm is now working in both states ARMED HOME and ARMED AWAY. I had to reset the zipabox.
