How can I reset the alarm pincode

I try to enter the alarm dashboard, but my pincode does't respond.
There is no response at all. Tried to change the pincode in the setting. But also then, there is no response. Not from the dashboard and not from the Zipabox
The same problem

Yes, I have still the same problem. Old Pin doesn't work and new pin doesn't work.
I did synchronize after the pin change
