How do I create rooms please, also I cant find any documentation for this

In the room drop down you can choose to create new rooms. So far rooms can't be changed/deleted so be sure.

Go on your Device manager,
Select your device,
Go to room selection, and choose "Add new"
Select a room in list or create your room if you don't find in the list
Don't forget to Save and "Synchronise"
