How to add a chacon or Di-o remote device

Dear sir

Normally Di-O remote is compatible with the RF433 Mhz module. Despite numerous attempts I Have not been able to pair with the zipabox. Could you tell me the way to follow :

I Took Chacon CAYCT-814 remote control but the adding failed.

In france the remote reference is : CH54761
