how to define a rule for an action is triggered once a day
Need Answer
I would like to create a rule for an action is triggered 1 times per day between 6:30 AM and 9:00 ET after two hours action passes off.

But make it like this:
When Motion
If between ... and var=1
Set var to 2
....
Then a new rule that runs at 06.15 AM
When scheduler
Set var to 1
Or use the else for this.

I prefer to use solution 1 as the proposed instead of solution 2. Using the scheduler I do not like too much because too perfectible solution.
However I did not really understand how to use VAR 1 and 2.
