How to make a total reset?

I want to reset all devices because something are wrong with chacon remote control.
Holding BUTTON 2 while pressing RESET button once but nothing happened. Then if I want to add a remote chacon device, I have a message "Discovery process started,... starting but nothing happen then.
Could you tell me what to do?

According to my experience, you have to reset all the devices one by one, excluding them from the Zipabox network and following their exclusion procedures.
