How to remove or clear an occupied RFID slot?

I can't seem to find a way to remove or clear a slot in the RFID keypad device manager. Change button is asking for a new pin code instead of changing the slot event name or user.

Any help?

Hello Marko,

what do I do until this new FW is released? Somehow my own tag and card are not recognized anymore in both my RFID readers, the tag of my wife is still working. I can't enable nor disable any alarm, this is really a PITA!

You need to 'CHANGE' a slot which has a RFID to a PIN number. Once this is done the keypad forgets about the RFID that was assigned to that slot and you can then 'LEARN' again a RFID code for that slot.
