How to? StellaZ thermostat; Set the operation mode?

Please help me and teach me how to set/change the mode on my StellaZ thermostats.
I need to change the operation mode to Direct control. The class commands are:
Direct Control: BASIC SET 0xfe THERMOSTAT MODE SET 0x1f
But I have no ide how to send it to the device.
Please help me out.
