It can't activate a http device's sensor.
However i can set decimal value for the meter.

You are right. It seams we have a bug. We will look into it and keep you posted.
In the meantime you can use meter instead of sensor.

HTTP (virtual) sensor is now fixed. Active and inactive statuses are now visible when changing them with corresponding url's.
