I can't add device fibaro on my Zipabox

HI,
I connected the box on network and I update with the last firmwire.
I need to add device :wall plug or FGRGB-101 or FGD-211
but the box can't find the device. I push the button 3 times until 1.5seconde but no changed.
i restart the box 3 times and i have no more idea.
can you please help me

- Device FGRGB-101 situating 3 meters of the box no wall between the device and the box
- Device FGD-211 situating 1.5 meters of the box no wall between the device and the box
For exemple I test the wall plug just in front of the box and the device was not detected
Maybe I do a mistake on the box configuration ? can i need chnaged some settings on General Settings?

The adding of these devices is sometime hard.
Do the following:
Login to dashboard
>> Add devices
>> Generic Zwave
>> Reset
>> Put the devices very close to the box
>> On the RGB >> push the B button 3 times very fast. If it doesn't see the device keep on pushing the B button
>> If device is found then do the same with join
And are u sure that the devices is powered? and everthing is connect. Hit the B button on the device to see if the device is working (lights go on/off).

First yes i check if all device was powered and the answer is Yes led stip for RGB device turn on and the wall plug too.
I follow your process for the RGB device. I put very very close the box near the device and finally the box found it and register correctly. I do the same for the Wallplug the box find it.
At this moment all is perfect but when I put the box on her initial place the wallplug not working anymore (3meter range witout wall device to the box) insted of the RGB module who works correctly.
Normally the device comminicate with the box until 30meters ?

Try turning it off/on by hand....and also sometimes it takes while to the zwave network to rebuild.

The problem is the box, Maybe the antena faulty but I connect a new box and everything works correctly.
