Hello,


After reboot zipabox, I don't have acces to security folder, when i write pin code the message : "Edit secirity settings to create alarm" appear

I have upgraded to firmware 0.9.999, cleared and recreated the configuration, rebooted, resetted the zipabox, without effect


Can you help me

Just click this EDIT button, click save and synchronize. You deleted all the partitions.

did you try to refresh the screen (CTRL+F5) and synchronize afterwareds?

I refresh the screen with CTRL-F5 and synchronize without effect


Is it possible to factory reset the zipabox

Hello

I have exctly the same problem, after deleted an user.

Now, it's impossible to come back to the security module.

I tried to CTRL-F5 and synchronize without effect to.

I need to use my alarm.

Please, anobody could hel me ?

So, it's surprising because we can activate/desactivate alarm with keypad... but impossible to go to the module.
