I was able to correctly update my new out-of-the-box zipato.

When I tried adding a device it didn't work. I read on the forums that

it would be ok to logout & login and that might help. Since then I

was unable to login back to the box on my.zipato.com . It's stuck on

"please wait..." . I've tried resetting it twice but nothing changed.

The box shows a green light. Please assist.

We checked your Zipabox and we had no issues starting the inclusion process, the countdown appeared as it should. What browser are you using?


A screenshot of your dashboard was sent to your jan@foubert.eu address.


And please, in future, use the ticketing system to report any issues you might encounter with your Zipabox.
