Dear Zipato support,


Since 1 hour ago I'm unable to access the Dashboard.

I don't think this is a login/password issue but a server-side issue.


Can you investigate?

I have the same experience. Tested with the VPN-connection from the office; same thing. Then used 2 different website-monitoring websites with servers around the globe: not working. So it's definitely a server-side issue. Hope they will solve it soon.

I was in the same situation.

But seems to be OK now.

Definitely it would be a great feature to have a server status available at ZIPATO homepage...

There was some cash issue on the server which affected some customers. It is solved after restarting the server (automatic restart was off, as for some tests). Sorry for inconvenience.

Thanks a lot for the update.

I think I wouldn't even notice the issue if I wasn't logged in at that time.


BTW, I experience strange things since : modifications on rules are not taken in account. Even after resets, now I deleted every rules and recreated some, nothing.

A TCPDUMP on the sync flow reveled an interesting compilation exception, even if Puzzle tells "Rules synchronized successfully." :
