Impossible to add my Fibaro FGK101 again

My Fibaro door sensor stopped sending values in events this week-end so I decided to change the battery.
I removed it from the panel and decided to add it again.
But now it seems impossible to add it again to the Zipabox.
I started the exclusion/inclusion for Zwave and the Zipabox led is still staying green (I don't know if it is the correct behavior). I pushed the temp button on the device 3 times but the box never found the device.
Am I doing something wrong ?

Well... after trying with the old UI it worked perfectly!!!

It is a nightmare. I do exactly what I had to do months ago (ie exclusion/inclusion) but the module is not recognized anymore. I suspect something going wrong in the zipa... My fibaro door module was working and it is now impossible to add it, 6 hours lost trying to do a simple inclusion...
