In Control Center the device list on the right is empty when using Firefox, works fine with IE
Not a Problem
For some reason the devices are not being listed on the right side when using Firefox. Works fine on IE. See attached pic, at the top is a recent image of firefox and below the same in IE.
Weirdly, everything else seem to work OK, though can't be sure since I just started setting this up.

I would recommend you to use Chrome, I have found it works better than IE. Never tried Firefox.

I assume Zipato's goal is to get their web-based tool to work well on all browsers, hence the ticket.

All right, the devices now appeared after I created a few rules on IE. So it seems like if I have no rules created, firefox does not list the devices. Maybe?

I had no issues under firefox ever since the beginning.

it seems depending on what browser you use, you can get different things done. When I use chrome, I can't put in the rtsp url in the camera setting, as those fields are greyed out.
Though when I swap to IE, I can fill in those fields........

Uhh.. that's not great. Would be nice to hear Zipato's take on this. Are all browsers officially supported? If yes, then there should be parity on functionality.
