In the Zipato app (iOS) all the text-headings are replaced with xxx-key

In Zipato app for iOS all the titles/headings are now replaced with what seems to be a placeholder. So for instance the Login button says 'connect-key', Schenes button says 'Scenes-key' etc. Doesn't matter if I shift language. Every now and then I get the right headings for a few seconds and then it is replaced with xxx-key again.


I have the latest Zipato app installed according to Swedish iTunes

We have some issues as we are working on publishing the new app, which is having a different translation settings in the cloud. Anyway, the new app should be available by the end of the next week...

I have the same problem over here since about a week or so. reinstalled the app but after a few clicks it comes back again.

Looking forward to the new app.

I hope, that program will remain as simple and clean as it was


Of course we all missing the following things:


- Moving widget

- Rename widget

- Hiding widget

I checked out the new interface on android. Looks really smart but there are still som twirks to sort out. As far as I can tell (after a quick check) it won't allow you to design your own panels/widgets etc...but maybe that will come later.

I suppose that the update of the app has to be pushed by apple.


So even if the app is ready to launch, we still have to wait for apple's release ;)

Yepp, apple is working over the weekend. Just installed the beta (btw you need to send your apple-id to Zipato if you want to test). Some differences between the Android and apple version, language translations not there yet (at least not Swedish) and a few design flaws...but otherwise it seems to work fine.

If you sign up with Ziparo for the beta( mail to address above in this thread) you will eventually receive a mail from Apple with a invitation to download the new Zipato app in TestFlight.


You need to have the Apple app "TestFlight" installed

I just download the "TestFlight" app.


Here the message I get : "You aren't currently testing any apps. To accept an invitation, you must tap the link in the invitation email".

So Zipato has not activate my apple ID .... :(

Zipato Team, please could check you add correctly my apple ID (same as zipabox account) to the beta test ?

Hi,

To clarify things, it's just like Sebastian said. You don't need to send your Apple-ID to Zipato, just a valid e-mail address. The following is copied from the confirmation mail I received earlier from Apple:


You can accept this invitation with the Apple ID that you are currently using. Your Apple ID and the email address to which the invite was sent don't have to match.To accept this invitation, you must have TestFlight installed on your iOS device.


I can also imagine that Apple will send out the invites in batches so if you haven't received it yet it will surely turn up during the afternoon.

I have the app running on my iPhone6 and iPad air. On the iPad the app doesnt seem to have the correct look/format. Its all screwed up and things are overlapping each other.


Is there a specific topic where we should leave our feedback?

Why not get some help on developing (and publishing) mobile apps? I suspect many software developers could have told you this on forehand, also about your hickup on 64bit requirements... What development framework are you using? Why have separate releases for Android and iPhone/iPad? I guess you're not using Phonegap, Titanium or something like that?

we have been requested to submit an additional video demo of the app functionality this week. Thus we did it immediately, and now we are waiting again:-(
