Inclusion of Modules does not work
Module inclusion on Zipatile (e.g. Qubino Roller Shutter) is a nightmare. With lots of pain I've managed to get a qubino roller shutter module working (including venetian blinds mode). After this test-drive I've installed 9 pieces in a wall box (3x3) behind the normal switches.
Sadly now I needed half a day to get a further module working (hard time to include the module), now inclusion seems not working at all (the circul just turns and turns and the count-down does not start). I also have the impression that there are sync. problems as over the web I see ocasionally different settings and just after time-consuming synchronisation things are again in line. After more than a day spent and just 2 Modules included I'm close to give-up. I'm just having the impression this is a not mature product!
Does Zipato has any ideas how to improve the situation quickly?

I had the same experience. Sometimes the same device (433 Mhz) would include right away, and then again it would completely refuse to join for endless attempts. Now, that I have finally everything included I need the box refuses to synchronize ...
I am not a happy customer at this time.

Thanks for the response. The synchronization works again (see other thread, I have asked for the ticket to be closed). For the time being, I do not need to include more 433-devices, but I will get back to you if the problems reoccur (I understand that they are quite common).

I had same problems today (no sync possible; impossible to include new devices (just the turning circle with no countdown)).
After all login to my.zipato.com is impossible since 30 minutes (404 error).
