Invalid PIN

Hi, Just receive a new Zipabox, I wanted to connect on the security frame. I try the 0000 default pin code and I had a failure with 'invalid pin code'.

I never try to change it before (really just took it out of the box).

How should I proceed ? hard reset of the device can be a good option as I didn't done anything else (expect adding a dore detector and done the firmawre upgrade)

Press "Synchronise" button in General widget, wait for it to finish, logout from Control Center, login again and then try to login to Security widget with default pin.
