IOS app and no responce in Scenes

Hello all.
I´m starting to have problem with the app on all family members Iphone 6 it is the newest softwares and IOS updates.
There is no responce in the app after i log in.
No way of running scenes.
I have reset the box a few times thinking it was from there, but no luck...
Anybody have any idee´s ???
