if it isn't found automatically, you can add it manually.

URL path is where the stream can be found.

I googled "Level 1FC0031" but found nothing, does it support Onvif?

If yes, use Onvif device manager to find the RTSP stream, then copy that stream path and paste into the camera settings.

Dear Hani,

This model of camera is not on list of our supported IP cameras.

You will need to manually configure it (stream paths, ftp settings etc.):

I found this for my camera

Do i need to change IPADRESS by the IP on which my zipabox is connect to or the IP adress my Camera IP is conneted to?

For the "Snapshot.Jpg " how do i put instead of this??

If you can help assit thank you so much!

You would put your cameras address.

You can even put it in the address bar of your browser to test to see if it works. You would have to be on your home network to do so.

This would go in the snapshot field of the camera in the configuration.

For video streaming it would be the address next to the vlc and it would start with rtsp.

Once you have your camera set up with Zipato. You would need to go into your devices and select video camera icon. Then from there you would select the edit icon under the camera like below:

58139fe055cbb5a9daf1eed2f6e5c402

From here you would enter in your user name and password for you camera.

Then in the Hi quality stream you would enter the following url:

rtsp://IPADDRESS:554/channel[CHANNEL] where channel could be 0 or 1.

Then in the Snapshot path you would enter:

http://IPADDRESS/snapshot.jpg

I have the areas highlight below:

IF the camera is not on the same local network as the Zipabox, you will need to expose the camera to the Internet from the "other flat".

Then you will get other challenges aswell: If you "other flat" is not reachable with a static IP, you will need som sort of dyndns.org or other no-ip-services to reach the camera. This kind of service is often included when you buy a camera.

Just make sure you change the default password, otherwise "everyone" will be able to connect to it.

Can you reach the camera outside of the flat with a web browser?
