Need Answer

I'm controlling a simple switch from my box. When I switch it ON (resp OFF) from the web interface or from a remote control, I can see it turning green (resp grey) in the web interface. No probs there.

But when I switch directly and manually the switch on the wall of my room, no information are sent back to the box whatsoever.

I'm new in the world of home automation, so maybe I'm missing sthg, but to me either there is a bug in my setup or it is a very bad design.

Can someone clarify this for me?

PS: I'm using Thombox+TConnect not straight zipato/zwave, but conceptually there shouldn't be any difference

Le support m'a répondu que c'était le comportement attendu, car rien de différent n'avait été spécifié. En d'autres termes, le design est fondamentalement mauvais...

A éviter, dommage!
