Issue with Zipato Micromodule Double Switch

Hi Everybody,
I have an issue with a Zipato Micromodule Double Switch. When i put my device on, my device stay on 5 second and shutdown, and after my Micromodule blinked.
Can you help me to resolved this issue. Thanks
