join always fail for ZWave devices

Solved

Hello,

I just received my box and upgraded to last firmware version, all went fine

Then I tried to join two different Everspring ZWave devices : AN157 and ST814

Whatever my tests, the remove and reset procedures always succeed but the join always end by a "join not successful" error message.

I tried with the generic ZWave and all Everspring options, same result

Any idea to help me ?

The plug is 2 meters far, the temperature captor at 10 cm

Unfortunately, it is possible that your box has the defective z-wave module inside. I think you should replace the box with your dealer. In case you have any problems, contact us on support@zipato.com
