Keyfob four buttons

Hi,
I have ever included my keefob and made some rules and it worked correctly. But one day, I didn't notice green light when I pushed one button (at the beginning, a red light then a green light) and it didn't work. I have got two keyfobs and it was the same thing. i decided to change battery but i noticed the same result. Then I deleted the device in the dashboard and now It is not possible to reset, or exclude or include it !!! please help me. I don't know that the two devices are out of service ! is it possible to reset them manually ?? what can i do ? thanks for your help.
