Has anyone had any success adding the LightwaveRF LW821 relay?
Or do I need to raise a ticket?

No need for a ticket, LW821 model is not supported.However, they tend to use the same principle for multiple devices from the same series, which means you can get it to work. Try adding it as a LW825 relay.
