Live event is 5min late

Hi,
The Live Event widget on new app is reporting event 5 minutes after the event append !
The old app is OK. (FW 0.999.8).
The attached picture show both app at the same moment.

No connection
Real-time notifications may not work

The same happens at the moment in my system.
I trigger a switch in the mobile app and device starts.
But in the web app and the mobile app the status changes up to 5 minutes later.
