local mode in IOS App

dear,
I'm using my Idevices to connect to my zipabox but only through internent.
when I choose local mode it's show me my zipabox reference, but couldn't access to it using my ID.
could you help me?

because I can't use the local mode too...
Distant mode is ok, but It's not very responding, I mean with distant mode there's often a short time between the moment you activate the trigger on the iphone and the moment the light is on.
I hope that this response time will be better with local mode...
