Still we don't have an option to copy/paste, but as DK said, there is a way to speed up things a bit. You can save one rule and left it on the workbench, if you need to create the similar rule you can drag the new 'when' puzzle and put the part of the previous rule in it, and save the new one...

You also didn't see the search option on this forum to search for "duplicate" to find out the answer was already here http://community.zipato.com/responses/duplicate-rule
