Manage users to General settings and control alarm
Known
Users management doesn't work at all:
1) I'm NOT able to delete an user; it says "deleted" but it stay always in the list
2) Anyway, I'm not able to login with the credential of another created user; it returns always "bad username / password"
3) if I click on the key in order to change the pin of a selected user, it ask me for the current PIN and 0000 is rejected.....
After
when I clicked on the Key in order to modify a PIN for a selected user,
it asks me to "add user in the security partition first"..... but in the user section of the partition there isn't the possibility to add any user....
Any suggestion?

I have found some answers trying and trying by myself..... Everyday I believe a little more that an official and complete MANUAL has to be written.....
1) each new user will receive a validation email from registration@zipato.com with a link to validate the email address inserted. Up to the procedure is NOT completed the USER cannot be able to login into system.
Pay attention to the spam recipient and I think (actually I didn't try) that re-inserting the mail address, the user will receive a new validation mail.
After the validation, the new user created can log in into system (also via smartphone)
2) deleted users are still a problem (but you can disable them); anyway if you try to do anything on deleted user, a message appairs saying the user is not found.....
But relogging, they compare again.... my suggestion is "disable the delete d users)
3) The key used for alarm control is the same for all, so you will have to use the alarm key (PIN) used for the main user. Probably if you can it, it will change for all users.....
