Max! Cube ! How is it working ?

I just discovered in the device list the Max! Cube device. It seems to be this product : http://www.conrad.com/ce/en/product/560896/eQ-3-MAX-Cube-LAN-Gateway/?ref=detview1&rt=detview1&rb=1
How is it working ? Is it fully compatible with Zipabox ?
Can we create rules to managed temperature with http://www.conrad.com/ce/en/product/559559/eQ-3-Heating-technology-White/?ref=bundles&rt=bundles&rb=1 ?
Until today I was not able to have the Danfoss living connect working properly as the battery are empty after only one week and I'm looking for an alternativ product. Would it be a good idea to use Max! product ?

It is supported, but still we do have some testings.
As for the Danfoss thermostats, give them a try after a new firmware upgrade which we will publish this week. They have a "panic bug" and we found the workaround to avoid it goes the panic mode which drains the battery.

Any ETA ? I've got one Danfoss stucked on open state and in panic mode, which overheat my room ... plz help !

Hello when do you think we will have this update? I have 6 Danfoss
thermostats and no one of that is working now...Here in north of Italy
is going really cold and I can't wait too much to use the thermostats in
the right way!

Can anyone confirm if Zipato can control Max! EQ3 devices? I have an EQ3 solution and would add Zipato if this can be confirmed. I see above a reference to the Maxcube being in the device list but it isnt on the website. Any updates appreciated as I am looking for a solution which will allow Max to integrate with other controls.

I have a MAX! system in my home and in specifigationen it communicates at 868 MHz, and I do not know if Zipato Gateway has the frequency built in? Or is it a module?

The EU frequncy for z-wave is 868.42. So yes. But don't know if the protocol is z-wave.

MAX! seems to have its own protocol, not the Z-Wave. Check this link.

Hello! I have Max! system and I bought Zipabox with EnOceon expansion module. The results are that it does not work together. Please, there will be a change? (a new firmware with MAX! system)

I wouldn't be surprised if it was a connectivity issue, that the danfoss living connect is just on the edge of the network, thus waking up all the time to see status of the connectivity. Add a powered device "in between" and heal the network to make sure you'll extend the mesh.
