More LightwaveRF support
Under Consideration
Hi,
I have the 433MHz module and can use LightwaveRF devices. Though it seems not all LightwaveRF devices can be added. For example, I have the power monitor JSJSLW600, but this doesn't show in the list when trying to add a device. Also there are no heating devices in the list.
Another point is LightwaveRF at 868MHz, will this somehow be supported? I bought the boiler switch JSJSLW920, and to my surprise this seems to work on 868MHz...... :-(
Thanks for your support.

I believe that the higher frequency is needed to support "two way" LightwaveRf communications. Since the Zipato box is 433 MHz, I can not see how it can support the "two way" Lightwaverf devices.
Zipato would need to develop a 868MHz module for the Zipabox.

Hi,
I am not technical, but I thought maybe they could throw something together as z-wave uses the 868 frequency?

Hi Darkwing,
I don't think you can "throw together" this type of thing.
