Motion detector Everspring HSP02 Parameter

Hi,
In the technical document with the motion detector, we can read for the parameter 4 "retrigger interval setting" that the range is 5-3600sec.
In the option of the device in the zipabox the minimum value is 128s.
Why cannot we down this value?
128s is to high for my configuration i need less time.
