Zipatile Motion Sensor triggers even if no one is in the room
Solved
Hi Zipato,
i got my Zipatile two days ago. It seems there is a problem with the Motion Sensor. It triggers correctly but also from time to time (which is very often) during night, when there is absolutely no motion in the room.
Do you think there is a problem with the internal sensor? Are other customer experiencing the same issue?
I case you need any test data, please let me now.
Continue your excellent work :)
Best regards,
Philipp

Hi Milan,
thanks for your answer. Setting sensitivity might solve my problem, but i still don´t find the option to do so. if i look at device manager, i see the motion sensor as internal device, settings for the device does not show any possibility to change sensitivity. Please help and explain where to adjust the configuration.
best regards,
Philipp

Hello
You can adjust the motion sensitivity from the web dashboard by clicking on Device manager --> IP -->IP Settings (little gear icon) --> Configuration.
