Multisensor Dual - Can not add to zwave network

Hello,
I'm trying to include a Zipato Multisensor Dual to a zwave network but it's impossible. I've followed the procedure on the installation guide but the sensor LED never blinks ¿? Any idea?

Hi Pero,
I'm using a Vera Plus as zwave controller.
However, my issue with the sensor is that acording to sensor guide it should flash when inserting the battery and when pressing the program switch, it should stop flashing, and this never happen and can't add it to the network.
I've tryed to replace the battery by a new one but nothing changed.
