My complex rule for Alarm Arm/Disarm and Entry

Need Answer

I have thought about it, this is the closed I can compared to a real alarm system.

now I am looking for a device to be the "beeper" for the entry, any suggestions for a cheap solution?

Thanks for sharing, I will look into using this in my rules. As a beeper, I use the zipato indoor siren which has 6 rings, including a door chime, beep, etc....
