My Dectector FIBARO FGK101 is offline
Need Answer
Hello,
My door detector is offline in my Zipabox portal. I had change battery, but nothing. I don't know what's the problem
I must unregister the device and register again ?

I deleted the device and now I try to associate it but I can't...
I followed the instruction but nothing. I had already this problem the first time I tried to connect it...

Try removing it first (from the add device panel) and then reset and then added it again.
Also its better when you change the battery to open the door and then put a new one in.

Thank you I had try differents solutions : removing device, reset and added but it not associate in zipabox...
I don't know what happen...

This device is a pain in the ass to add.
But did you try:
- Put the Fibaro close to the box (max 10cm)
- Pull of the power of the zipato
- Wait 1 min.
- Put power back
- Pull the battery out of the fibaro
- Put it back
- Added device
- Generic zave
- Add
- Push fibaro down (so the back TMP button is pushed down)
- Click the inside button very fast 3 times
- Keep on pushing it if it doesn't join
- The led on the Fibaro should blink slowly and join should be succesfull in the box
And don't give up after 1 try :)
Also try with the cover on and then push on it 3 times (also with back TMP down).

OK, I'm going to try this solution....But my detector is on the windows. I must to take off it and do the procedure, it not easy
