My Device Browser is empty

My Device Browser is empty althought all my devices are shown in the device manager.
In the old app all devices are shown and can be operated.
Same in the Android App.
I like this idea

Real-time notifications may not work
Amendment: Athough all my rules are shown in the new and old app, none of them is working.

Suddenly my Divice Browser is showing all my devices again. I can control my devoces via the device browser.
