My thermostat is OFF but the radiator is still running the program = money lost

Hello,
My thermostat is OFF and my radiator is still running the program. It was the same this morning. I turn ON the thermostat, then OFF again, I turned OFF manually the radiator. But tonight it was ON again.
Could you check that please because I am using electricity for nothing! :( which means money !!!

boom. another occurrence right now. Please investigate. In 2 hours I will try to fix it. In the mean time I stop the switch but didn't touch the thermostat
Edit : because thermostat resend the command every 10 min the swith in on again. I shutdown the radiator to let you troubleshoot without paying extra money
