My Zipabox flash in white !!!!!

Dear Zipato team, my box flash in white, on Dashboard it's indicated that I'm offline...
I have Internet access, all is good, but I cannot do nothing.
Please help me.....

Led is not green (Between green to orange) and These is no activity since few minutes. Sometimes Buttom 1 flash in purple.... very strange I cannot understand...
