My Zipato app gives wrong visual indication of screen position.

Known

I have a Fibaro Roller Shutter 2 connected to an outdoor screen.

The shutter works ok. I can run it to 0% and to 100% and any position in between.

But the Zipato app´s visual indication of the screen position is the oposite of its actual position. When sceen is up, the app shows it down, and vice versa.

The percent value in the Mobile App and the web-interface are the same.

See pictures attached.

yes, it is annoying. This should be a simple software option to reverse the display (such as with a Somfy RTS motor), but unfortunately Zipato dont support this and you need to manually change the wire outputs on the module itself.

I did consider changing the wiring into the Fibaro Roller Shutter so that up-wire gives down signal and vice versa. This would probably make the visual representation correct, but change the meaning of 0% and 100%. Now I read 100% as "the window is 100% covered by the screen" (meaning sceen is down). It is not ideal either that 100% means sceen is up. By the way this is a Somfy motor. May be I´ll have to post a support issue at Fibaro.com?

0% and 100% meaning always match position on the visual indicator on Zipato (0=completely closed, 100=completely open) and it is based on the amount of light that will come through the window. Changing the wiring won't change this, it will just make it match.

Thank you Alberto. That´s usefull to know. So i read "100% open for sunshine" then. I´ll try to swap the up and down signal cables in the Fibaro Roller Shutter, and see how it works. I´ll report back!
