for the last 20 min my.zipato.com seems down ? Is ti only me ?
There are no twitter message to indicate maintenance.

Yups Zipato is down
Zipato never communicates to users. I have been busy the whole weekend with my zipato and got at least twice a warning that system was down due to maintenance.
I have the feeling that they do not have a DTAP (Dev, Test, Acceptance, Prod) environment and just make changes on Production.

it was not maintenance. Some users were affected but now all, we are working on it to find a problem...

I was affected by this and started to think that there was some problem with my Zipabox since I was doing some changes and thought that my changes caused my Zipabox to go down...
I could not find anywhere on Zipatos web pages that the services were down but after an hour or so I could see the green blinking led go steady green again. :-)
I wish there would be some webpage where one could see status of Zipato servers.
My son plays a lot of online games they all have very good status pages. Look for example at this one for Minecraft:
