my.zipato.com very slow. Is it only me ?

Tonight, the my.zipato.com is veryyyyy slow. Basically I can even not load the home page sometimes.
Am I the only one ?
I have to say my internet connection is not very fast though

Sometimes it does the same for me....this evening the dashboard was ok, but I couldn't access the forum for a while.

it was back to normal. I installed a new module in the hard to accesss place and of course when I wanted to test it, portal was off :)

Accessing the security page in local as well as remotely sometimes time out. On night it took me more than 5 mn outside to be able to disarm the alarm...

I have just received my Zipato set today and it takes forever to login as well as loading the applications. I am from Hong Kong, and we have in house fiber optics internet connections... even after login, i wont be able to add or save the devices. Is there a network issue? this is certainly not a positive user experience.
