hello, is it possible to have access to the new firmware? why when there is a new firmware, you can not install it from my zipato always send a message to support?

Hello Augros,
of course you can update your firmware, after you log in to your my.zipato.com account press the upgrade button on the top left side of your dashboard (under the Online indication). The upgrade may take a while depending of your internet connection.

I did not get it done from new dashboard, not even both of my boxes. From old dasboard it went thru succesfully. And there is button for it...
