New user - How does it work?

Trying to setup ZipaBox and some ZWave for first time.
Is there any manual, help files or other documents that explains how to use ZipaBox???
Can't find information about how stuff works...
Questions:
- My iPad app crasches al the time, can't use it at all.
- Synchronazing. Just get an for ever spinning weel, nothing happend. What is it?
- Adding devices.When adding device a get the message box saing STARTING... then nothing
I Press buttons on device, nothing happen, no indication at all...
How does it work???
When logout/login again I see that I had manage to include some devices...Even that I got no indication of it during the inclusion process
Testing to remove a device:
Same thing no indication at all!!!
But then when I logout/login it was gone
Is that how it is supose to work'??? (getting no indication)
Trying to setup some simple rules.
But can't find anything that explain how it works... what I can do or not can do???
Please, I need som help how to use this!

Where are you from? If you read french you can find a lot of guide on internet. Also in the zipabox there are some question mark to hemp you.
