New user / issue to include devices

HI, I received my zipabox yesterday but I have unfortunately a lot of problems to include new devices. I try to include a FGK101 but I have to try 10 times to be able to include. Moreover when I add the device, the screen of my pc is stuck with the inclusion window - there is no countdown - see attached prtscr (after a while i have to press F5 to refresh or to close manually the window by clicking on the x) . Is it normal? When I synchronize, it also stays stuck with the small wheel turning(see 2nd attachment) till I press F5. Any idea from the Zipato team?

Same problem here... Not possible to sync or get any sensor update...
Light switches on/off is working for me from my.zipato.com, is that the same as you?
using Chrome and Safari on Mac.

Thanks Fred. Concerning my syncr issues, has anyone the same problem? I also have this issue in the rules creator, when I sync I have the sync windows forever... (see attachment), therefore rules never work. Rgds, Frank

Obviously, there is some problem in communication between your box and the cloud. Can you send me your access data on support@zipato.com. I will take a look at your box?

Ok Frank, it seems that problems were related to the server issue. Try everything again now. Please note that you always need to remove the device first before trying to add it to the Zipato system (even if you previous join trial was unsuccessful and you want to try again).
